A - No, we can not help you with these queries. This system is a reporting utility for the school boards, districts and divisions which have chosen to use it. We are not involved in the decisions made to cancel or delay school bus transportation, nor do we have any involvement with the ongoing operations and management of school bus routes.

Q - How often do you update this website?

A - We update the website as reports arrive. When you see a report of no delays - that is a statement of fact in terms of what has been sent in to us so far that day. We have morning staff which actively monitor our fax lines, phone lines and email from 5:30am EST to 12:00pm EST.
